When I'm not designing prototypes and advocating for thoughtful research-based design, I like to draw and paint. One of my favorite ways to practice is through art challenges. There are some great ones on Instagram! This is a digital painting I created for a challenge called Still Here Still Life.
I recently started a series of paintings of desserts, somewhat from a desire to learn more about old recipes and food from other cultures. I'm starting at the beginning of the alphabet and Abba-Zaba just happened to be near the top of the list.
